Rules and Regulations for Seibt Desert Retreat

General Rules

Motorhomes can be backed into lot by Resort Attendant and no part may extend on the street.
Slide out units are not to exceed the Lot Line.
Limit four guests per RV. Each additional person including children will be $10 per night.
Renter/Visitor passes must be clearly visible at all times in the windshield of the vehicle.
Quiet hours in the Resort are to be observed between the hours of 9PM and 6AM. Noises that cause a disturbance or annoy neighbors day or night will not be tolerated. Generators will not be operated at any time.
Utility connectors must meet Health and Safety Standards. Sewer drain usage is only permitted if a proper connector is used.
No commercial business will be solicited or transacted on any Lot within the Resort.
The Clubhouse is available to Lot Owners, invited guests and renters only.
Sleeping outside in tents, sleeping bags, cars or vans is not permitted.
No free standing screen rooms are allowed.
No commercial vehicle may be parked in the driveway located on the Lot.
All vehicles, or bicycles, are allowed to be driven only on paved roads and paved parking areas in the resort.
Clothesline or clothes drying racks are not allowed outside on any Lot. Drying machines are located in the laundry facility.
All Lots will be privately owned. Do not cut across or enter other Lots without permission.
Refuse must be placed inside the garbage disposal units or dumpsters provided. Do not leave trash exposed.
Speed limit in the resort is 5 mph.
Speed, stop and all other posted signs must be adhered to. Violation is cause for fines or loss of privilege to remain in the resort.
Storage of personal property outside the motorhome that is unsightly or a nuisance must be removed upon notice by management.
Security Gate keys may not be given to guests or renters.
Shirts and shoes are required inside the Clubhouse.
Carwash or Motor Home wash is not allowed on your Lot. Please ask Front Desk for the designated area.

Swimming Pool Rules

Diaper-age children are not allowed in any swimming pool or jacuzzi. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the jacuzzi.
All posted rules of swimming pools and spas must be obeyed.
No glass items are permitted in the pool area.

Pet Owner Rules

The Owner of any dog is liable for the damages suffered by any person who is bitten by the dog in a public place or lawfully in a private place, regardless of the former viciousness of the dog or the Owners knowledge of such viciousness.

- Nevada State Statute -

All pets must be on a short leash (six feet or less) AT ALL TIMES and to remain tied/secured on a strong and durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction.
Pets should never be left unattended.
Certain designated areas have been set aside for walking your pet. The pet must, however, be kept on a leash at all times in these areas.
All pet droppings shall be the responsibility of the dog/pet owner and must be promptly cleaned up and disposed of.
All pets/dogs must be walked by a responsible person who must have the ability to control, at all times, the actions of the pet or dog. Children may not walk pets or dogs.
All pets must have proper papers for vaccinations and appropriate licenses as required by law and must be presented to the management, police and/or Animal Control Officers when requested.
If any pet is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance or is exhibiting, in any way, aggressive behavior, the pet shall be immediately removed from the Resort per the request of the management.
Limit of three pets per site, please.
Visitors of guests are not permitted to bring pets into the Resort.
No pets are allowed in any building in the Resort.
Please be kind to animals.

All pet/dog rules must be strictly adhered. Any violation can lead to expulsion from the Resort, without refund.
